The owners of this property wanted a house extension to improve its ‘kerb appeal’, extend the master bedroom and create a wow-factor kitchen/dining/family room. Some creative thinking was needed to create an appropriate extension to this Arts & Crafts house.
An unusual jettied extension & double storey bay window in brick & tile hanging, add warmth and depth to the street facing elevations. Imporetantly, this also gave the family the additional spaces they needed on the 1st floor to create a good sized master suite.
