With this site for a replacement dwelling in a 'residential area of special character' (RASC), we had to work closely with the Planning Authority to get permission for a contemporary family home, which loks quite traditinal from the has a bit of a surpise at the rear !
We're excited to see this start on site in 2026.
Following carefull negotiations we achieved planning approval first time of asking. The house shows a 'traditional face' to the street which takes inspiration from Edwardian design, with a more contemporary 'smile' to the rear!
