Cox Martin Design have been the designers and project architects for 3 new-build care homes to date, taking them from concept design to achieving Planning approval.
Meadow View- Cox Martin Design achieved planning permission for a 70-bed new build care home.
The building will incorporate small communities of 8-10 residents, and will cater for elderly residents, residents living with dementia and complex needs, and will have a dedicated floor for residents who use British sign language.
It is currently in the detail design phase.
