At Cox Martin Design we pride ourselves on listening to our clients, and working with them, to achieve the best possible project. 

Using creative thinking, experience and expertise , we help to guide the project so that it meets (and ideally exceeds) the client's brief. 

We don't have a 'house style' we're equally happy working on contemporary or traditional designs, and can tailor our services to meet the client's brief,  programme & budget. 

By bringing together Architecture, Interiors, trees and landscape, Cox Martin Design can offer a truly integrated service.

We've work on a variety of projects from small residential extensions and new builds, to larger commercial and public buildings.

Our services can include:

• Initial feasibility studies
•  Concept design
•  Design drawings CAD & hand drawn
•  3D sketch-up drawings 
•  Planning Submissions and   consultation with the Planners
• Advice and recommendations for other consultants as required
• Preparation of working drawings,
• specifications for tender purposes
• Tender analysis and preparation of contracts (using JCT standard form of contracts.)
• Building regulations submissions and negotiations with the building control officer
• Project management, and administering the building contract on site
• Snagging inspections and building sign off.
• Preparation of As-Built record drawings

We generally work in the South of England including:  London, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex.

We hold Public Liability and Indemnity Insurances as required by the ARB (Architects Registration Board), and adhere to their Code of Conduct.
