OUR ARCHITECTS CONSULTATION SERVICE
If you have an idea of what you want but aren't sure if it's possible (or you want some initial ideas), an Architects Consultation with us could make things clearer for you.
Whether you're wanting to:
- extend & refurbish your current home.
- Build a new home on land you own or are looking at.
- Construct a small development of houses (new-build or conversion)
- Extend or refurbish your Care home or Community building
How it works
- You'll fill out one of our questionnaires to help establish your priorities.
- We'll review any relevant on-line Planning history & Planning policies for your site.
- We will visit the site (if within an hour of our offices) or do this virtually if it's further away.
- We will give you ideas based on your aspirations and what we think is possible.
- We will send you ballpark build costs for your project.
- We can look at buildability and give you feedback.
- We can discuss eco building options, environmental improvements and energy efficiency measures if these are on your priorities list..
Armed with all this information you will then be able to formulate a plan of action and hopefully move onto the next stage. Which could be, our Principle of Planning Service, Design Feasibility Service, or Full design Service. All discussions can happen on site, virtually or by phone!
Our Fee for doing all of this is £150
If you do take the proposals onto our Full Design Service, then the £150 will be discounted off our full fee as this portion of work will have already been done.
