With our Full Design & Planning service we can help you take your project from:
INITIAL CONCEPT DESIGN THROUGH TO A COMPLETED BUILDING.
Or for smaller projects we can stop once we've got you your planning approval.
Planning
Planning can sometimes be a bit of a minefield, with years of experience, we can guide you through the process. We can also advise and recommend any specialist consulants you may need for your project such as Ecologist, Arboriculturalist, Structural Engineers etc.and coordinate fee proposals from them.
OUR FULL DESIGN & PLANNING SERVICE can include any of the following:
- Initial feasibility studies
- Concept design
- Design drawings CAD & hand drawn
- 3D sketch drawings & Photorealistic renderer drawings (CGI's)
- Planning Submissions and consultation with the Planners
- Advice and recommendations for other consultants as required
- Preparation of working drawings & specifications for tender purposes
- Tender analysis and preparation of contracts (using JCT standard form of contracts.)
- Building regulations submissions and negotiations with the building control officer
- Project management, & administering the ontract on site (overseeing the builder)
- Snagging inspections and building sign off.
- Preparation of As-Built record drawings
Fee
In order to keep our fees as cost effective as possible, each Full Design & Planning service fee is individually calculated depending on our involvement and the extent and complexity of the project.
